WHAT WE PREPARE

From the route to the as-built documentation

Site plans and routes Coordination plan on the cadastral map and survey, parallel runs and crossings to ČSN 73 6005, protection zones and relocations.

Consents and easements Consents of the affected landowners, easement agreements and negotiations with the municipality – the documents needed for the building permit.

Utility operator statements Utility location statements, opinions of operators and the concerned bodies, road occupation permits – all for the documentary part of the design.

Documentation For the project permit and for construction: site plan, wiring diagram, drawings, technical report, cost estimate and bill of quantities.

Street lighting Layout of poles and luminaires, road lighting design and calculation, switchboard and cabling, documents for maintenance.

As-built documentation As-built documentation based on the surveyor's measurement – for final approval, the network operator and future work on the route.

04 Construction Designer's supervision, answers to the installer's queries and as-built documentation based on the survey.

What people ask us

Do you also design for the grid operator?

Yes, for EG.D. We design distribution grid projects – service connections, LV undergrounding and dismantling of overhead lines – to the operator's standards, including assembling the documentation for the building authority. We design MV cable routes for our own investors, for example the supply to a site's transformer station.

Do you arrange landowner consents and easements?

Yes, it is part of the job: we identify the affected plots in the land register, prepare the consents and easement agreements and negotiate them with the owners and the municipality.

Do you design street lighting including the lighting calculation?

Yes – we design the layout of poles and luminaires with a road lighting calculation and deliver the switchboard, cabling and bill of quantities.

Fibre networks – including the technology?

We mainly design backbone routes – ducts, microducts and building connections including the negotiations. The active network technology is designed by its operator; we prepare the inputs for it.
