01 Public buildings Railway stations, schools and public offices: emergency lighting, fire safety, accessibility features and approvals by the authorities concerned.

02 Industry and warehouses Production halls and sites: connection of process equipment, switchboards, power factor correction, backup supplies and coordination with the equipment supplier.

03 Retail and services Shops, restaurants and offices: alterations during operation, coordination with the interior, ventilation and cooling.

04 Housing Apartment buildings and family houses: metering boards, common areas, provisions for PV and electric vehicle charging.

WHAT WE PREPARE

From the calculation to the bill of quantities

Documentation at every stage For the planning permit, for construction and as-built – in line with the Czech decree on construction documentation.

Switchboards Wiring diagrams, layouts and device schedules, short-circuit, protection selectivity and temperature-rise calculations.

Calculations and external influences Cable and protection sizing, voltage drops, protection against electric shock and the external influences report.

Lighting We arrange the luminaire design and lighting calculation, including emergency lighting of escape routes, together with the documents for the fire safety design.

Data and security systems For apartment buildings, family houses and ordinary commercial buildings we also design data networks, security and TV distribution. For complex buildings we prepare the routes and coordinate a specialist.

PV and EV charging Provisions for a PV plant, battery storage and electric vehicle charging stations – spare capacity in switchboards, routes and metering.

Four steps to finished documentation

We agree the scope and the deadline at the start, according to the documentation stage and the size of the building.

01 Documents Floor plans and sections, the purpose of each room, operational and equipment requirements; for refurbishments the existing state.

02 Concept and coordination Switchboard positions, main routes, the external influences report; coordination with the architect, structural engineer and other disciplines.

03 Documentation Installation floor plans, switchboard diagrams, calculations, technical report and bill of quantities – for the permit and for construction.

04 Construction Designer's site supervision, answers to the installer's questions and as-built documentation for the inspection and the occupancy permit.

What people ask us

Do you also inspect electrical installations?

Yes, for the buildings we design – we arrange the initial inspection after installation together with the as-built documentation. We do not carry out stand-alone inspections of other installations.

Do you also design refurbishments and alterations during operation?

Yes. We start from a survey of the existing state and prepare the documentation including demolitions and stages so that operation can continue.

What do you need from us at the start?

Floor plans and sections (ideally in DWG), the purpose of each room and an idea of the operation and equipment. For refurbishments the existing documentation or access for a site survey. We sort out the rest together.

Do you also handle data and security systems?

For apartment buildings, family houses and ordinary commercial buildings, yes – we design data networks, security and TV distribution. For complex buildings we prepare the routes and coordination and a specialist produces the design.
