Privacy policy

The data controller is VILMONT Holding s.r.o., Company ID 14250217, registered office Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 127150. For anything concerning personal data, write to info@vilmont.cz.

What we process and why

Enquiry via the website. When you fill in the form, we process what you enter: project type, municipality or site, phone number or e-mail and, optionally, power, timing, documentation stage, a note and attached documents. We use the data to get back to you and prepare a quote – i.e. to negotiate a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Website protection. When the form is submitted, your IP address and technical browser data are processed so that the site can recognise bots and limit abuse of the form. We do not store the IP address in readable form – only a one-way hash, for at most 2 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

E-mail and phone. If you contact us directly, we process the data you give us for the same purpose – handling your request.

How long we keep the data

  • An enquiry that does not lead to a contract is kept for 12 months from the last communication and then deleted.
  • If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for the duration of the cooperation and for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting and tax law – usually 10 years).
  • Hashed IP address from form protection: at most 2 days.

Who has access

Only the VILMONT designers handling your enquiry have access. The data is also processed by the suppliers who run our infrastructure:

We never sell data or pass it on for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@vilmont.cz. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and therefore needs no cookie consent.

  • Our only cookie, vmt, protects the enquiry form against forged submissions. It lasts 1 day, contains no personal data and is set only when you work with the form.
  • The human check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use technical cookies within its own frame; they are not used for tracking.
  • We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals – it records aggregate data only (page views, referrers, browser type).

Changes to this notice

If the way we process data changes, we update this notice and state a new effective date.
